Flanagan Wine Dinner

On Friday October 27th, the Knife & Fork welcomes Eric Flanagan, founder and proprietor of Flanagan Wines.   Flanagan Wines was born out of Eric's love of wine and fascination with how the same grape can produce very different wines depending on the location where it is grown.  Eric's interest in great vineyard sites, and  the soils and climate that made each unique, led to his purchase of 40 acres on Bennett Mountain in 1999, and additional top vineyard sites in the years that followed.  Flanagan's mission is to make great wines from the best vineyards in Sonoma County by producing wines that reflect the integrity and distinctiveness of their site.

This wine dinner will give you the opportunity to discover and taste five Flanagan wines paired with a five-course menu specifically created to complement the wines. Featured wines will be:

Chardonnay Bacigalupi Vineyard 2015; Chardonnay Ritchie Vineyard 2015; Pinot Noir Sun Chase Vineyard 2014; Cabernet Sauvignon 2013; and Propriety Red Blend The Beauty of Three 2012

$100 per person, excluding tax & gratuity. Seating is limited so reserve now!


   
Drink with Purpose

There has never been an easier way to help our friends in Napa and Sonoma. Just drink!
From now until inventory runs out Dock's and Knife & Fork will be sending a portion of the proceeds of sales of select wines from areas
affected by the wildfires to Rebuild Wine Country. RWC has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County to help rebuild homes in Sonoma, Napa, Lake and Mendocino Counties.

So, drink up and let's help our friends in Wine Country!

Thanksgiving Dinner
November 23rd 2-8 pm

Get out of the kitchen and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings but none of the work! The Knife & Fork will open at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 23rd, offering a four-course Thanksgiving menu for $41 per person ($18 for kids 12 and under).  Our menu features roasted free range Amish turkeys with house made sausage stuffing.  Click here to view the menu.
